Pricing Policy

We aim to be the most competitive on-line shopping site for all of the Elizabeth Carrington range. All prices include VAT and there are no extra hidden charges. We will only charge you for products that are in stock and shippable, we do not hold back orders. Packing and delivery charges are clearly shown at the check out.

Delivery Times - Picture Frames

Standard delivery should take between 2 – 4 Working Days but seasonal influences may extend this time, we will inform you if this is the case. Working day = Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Delivery times may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt the postal or courier services. Standard Deliveries are to Mainland UK Only If you are outside of the Mainland UK and would like to order any of our Home Accessory products please call or email our customer services team who will calculate a shipping cost and delivery time

Delivery Times - Photo Albums

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 7 to 10 days of receipt.

Orders are sent out Monday to Friday for delivery on a Monday - Friday basis - i.e. orders sent on a Thursday are due for delivery on the Friday. Orders sent out on a Friday are due for delivery on the following Monday.

Delivery & Packing Charges.

We have a low flat rate of £7.50 (including VAT) for all orders despached to the UK mainland using our standard service. For guaranteed next day delivery (orders must be placed by noon the previous day) we charge a supplement of £15. All charges are clearly shown on the shopping check out screen. We will only charge you for products in stock that are shippable at the time of order. We do not hold back orders. However, your order may consist of two or more consignments.

Claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within 4 days of receipt. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
